Exchanges ONLY
Our policy lasts 14 days. Only if it’s purchase outside the Valley of Texas and if it's not purchase in a physical store.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable or exchange items:

- Gift cards

- All Lingerie

- Some health and personal care items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the warehouse. You must return the unused and packaged garment back to 901-C W Jackson St Harlingen TX 78550 with your NAME & TELEPHONE NUMBER.  

There are certain situations where exchanges will not be granted (if applicable)
- Garments with obvious signs of use. 
- Garments that have been removed from their original packaging and stained or damaged. 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable for damage)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nuvias2015@gmail.com and send your item to: 901-C W Jackson St Harlingen TX 78550, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can exchange for the value of your item. Once the item is received, a replacement will be mailed to you.

If you qualify for an exchange, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when exchanging an item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
